Star Events Limited shall not be liable to any purchaser of a ticket for the Concert on 23rd September 2008 for any loss claim or action whatsoever caused by the sickness or accident to one or all of the Bands or any of the musicians therein or if any one or all of the performances is/are prevented, rendered impossible, or infeasible by the above or by any Act or Regulation of any public or local authority, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, interruption in or delay of public transportation services, war conditions or emergencies or any cause beyond the control of Star Events Limited. The purchase price for the tickets to the Concert are not refundable.
